01 — Clean & Protect
We start all exterior painting projects by pressure washing your home to remove all surface contaminants. After we’ve cleaned the exterior, we protect all surfaces such as decks and window trims to avoid overspray and paint drops. We then remove all downspouts, lights, mailboxes, house numbers, etc.
02 — Surface Preparation
Proper surface preparation is the key to any long-lasting paint job. Our first step is to scrape any loose paint and sand uneven surfaces. We apply an oil-based primer to the bare wood. We will then caulk any gap where moisture could be a problem.
03 — Painting
Once the exterior has been cleaned and prepared, we will paint all the requested surfaces. We paint detailed surfaces such as doors, windows, and trims by hand. 04 — Cleanup & Inspection

Finally, our crew leader will carefully inspect the completed exterior painting job to ensure it meets our high-quality standards. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will fix it until you are happy.
